About the Program
The Brawl Boxing Youth Program is more than just boxing – it’s about building life skills, resilience, and confidence in young people. Over 8 weeks (16 sessions in total), participants aged 12 –17 will learn not only boxing techniques but also key lessons in personal growth, decision-making, and wellbeing.
Each 90-minute session combines practical boxing training with a life skills workshop designed to empower teenagers both inside and outside the gym.
